We all know there is a certain group not well represented in the tech world, for example Females, Latinos,Blacks etc. Together with this group, we can hope to change that trend. We have a big challenge ahead but we can start with little baby steps like promoting tech to others so more of us are interested in it, exchanging ideas, learning from the best, networking, working hard, trying to succeed so we can change the general perception.
