The anticipation is palpable each time I see the PHP Meetup announcement arrive in my inbox. I'm overwhelmed by curiosity as I move toward the message, and can hardly stand the eternity between halves of a double-click as I open it. My mind is filled with questions. What will it say this time? What was it that I had written for the previous month? (Meetup injects excitement into the last week of the month automatically sending out the latest announcement it has on file.) How much sense, I wonder, will it make when repeated a month too late? Why did I not remember to change it in time?
Oh yes. Since I just returned from China, I can blame jet lag. There, done.
So what I was going to say for February was: Please RSVP and join my newly well-rested self for our monthly PHP meetup, at our usual location at Trinity Brewhouse.
When: Wednesday, February 6, 7:00 PM
